Yesterday I had a talk with my good friend. She has been celibate for 13yrs and I 5yrs and we’re the same age. I told her that I was tired. It’s hard meeting a great guy but sex being the dividing factor. To be told to your face you’re worth it but I can’t do it. Hurts each time.
She paused and said, “We will not be the spiritual leaders that failed in this department. We shall walk this out and be living testimonies proving that God’s principles brings great things.” I’m still crying

Waiting in an instant gratification culture is excruciating at times. I know many think this but pretend it doesn’t effect them. Let me be the first to admit it. Also don’t let the ones that just got married make you feel like your occasional lonely moment is unsatisfactory.
God is with you on the mountaintop and he is with you in the valley. All you have to do is trust him and sometimes your trust is coupled with a few tears. You’re not alone
