Some might argue in 1991 dat if the Nigerian governments of PortHarcourt River state had not intervene in Umanah Bank, Mayb his promise of 60% in 30 day would have been fulfilled, while this might b true as D founder said he had 1Billion naira taken from him by government @crypto
The government said they only took 300 million in 1991, there by making him not able to fulfill his promise of 60% in 30days, looking at history in our present age of cryptocurrency and Blockchain, we MIGHT have Some1 who PROBABLY claim to achieve this come August 12 @InksNation
And they are called @Inksnation_ despite warning from blockchain community @OfficialSiban the push for INK NATION seems 2 b something out of the blue, well people could argue that if Satoshi Nakamoto the creator of Bitcoin was not given a chance how would BITCOIN becom successful
True D basis show every1 deserve a chance, but 2 what EXTENT, especially when financial resources of people MIGHT b on D line, I will rather encourage experiment of project with little or no public funds at stake than 2 commit millions of people who could b victim @officialEFCC
However if any project decide 2 take the Giant step 2 proceed with D hope of creating a solution that has never been seen b4, it will b fair 2 hold the project accountable Incase the project fail.
ACCOUNTABILITY include scrutiny on
1. Project white paper
2. Use case
3. Technology
Even though some of the accountability process I listed above is yet 2 b clearly seen or understood by most existing players, there seems to be a new turn of event to the @InksNation project where RELIGION have been added to the mix of blockchain, I must say I have never seen b4
Before you ask who am I and what have I seen or know in the industry, well I hav been
1. lead speaker to central bank on Digitalcurrency issue in the early day of Nigeria crypto buzz
2. I have spoken in over 30 blockchain conference across 4 continent
3. In Europe, Asia. Africa
4. Facilitator to some country National Deposit insurance on blockchain & digitalcurrency
5. trainer & speaker 2 some country Charterd Institute of bankers
6. Advisor 2 some blockchain project based in USA, Canada, Israel, Africa & Asia
7. Been featured in many blockchain news
8. Been an early voice and contributed freely to the development of blockchain technology implementation and been active in most of the blockchain community
9. Raised awareness of DLT of government institutions sometimes at a pro bono basis in early 2016 & 2017
@BlockchainNGR
9. And even faced backlash in the early days of Africa adoption to blockchain & crypto like bitcoin even while we spoke against PONZI schem & authorities slow response 2 differentiate the 2(DLT Blockchain and Ponzi)
I say this because the African space was built by other like me
@BlockchainNGR @OfficialSiban @bnug & many individuals which I might not have there Twitter handle.
D advent of @Inksnation_ could b
GOOD if they succeed & b
SUSTAINABLE
or
BAD & Disastrous if they fail
Knowing how authorities can quickly label all player in D industry as same
It important that those involved
Should note that they participate on the project with a clear understanding including D claim of the project coin being more than $1500+ today.
In my 6years+ in this industry am yet 2 see a project like this & it important the necessary scrutiny
Scrutiny like independent verifying
1. The claim on Distributed ledger technology(blockchain etc) used
2. The white paper and road map
3. The solution or service rendered in exchange for the huge return for life as claim
4. The quality of code and team behind the project
Just as the big four auditing company( KPMG, PWC,Deloitte, E&Y) can audit independently, I believe if @InksNation is audited on the promise they claim then confidence in the Nigerian(African) blockchain space can still be there even in the future when other project sprung up.
I(we)have contributed so much to the African blockchain space that I will be willing to do what it takes to
protect/support the labour put in the past, for I still see a bigger space just as I continue to advocate for even FREE TRADE ZONE IN EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES like blockchain
Surely everyone deserves a chance to TRY and be heard in the emerging space, I willadvocate 4 a transparent, sustainable and accountable process. Which will push this beloved industry forward.
@crypto @OfficialSiban @BlockchainNGR @Inksnation_ @InksNation @BitcoinKE @Cryptotvplus
I will watch as all bodies involve in this thread will shape, contribute or hold accountable towards the overall goal of the industry.
I still advise current house legislators on blockchain related matter, so if I am called I will do the needful on accountability.
