So for England, here's your new normal

1. Pubs + hospitality + hairdressers opening sat 4th
2. '1 metre plus' - the new rule on social distancing
3. 2 households now allowed to meet INDOORS
4. Outdoor gyms, theme parks, libraries all able to open too

5. Gyms, theatres, nail bars + some other facilities shut
6. Doors will be locked again if there are new flareups
7. 'Mitigations' eg putting your name down at the door of the pub (yup), wearing masks on public transport, screens put in place in biz, all expected too

But PM says 'our national hibernation' is coming to an end .. it's a big moment after three months of extraordinary measures

Also important to note the new rules will be 'guidance' not legislation - moving into a phase where common sense, not the cops, will be trying to implement all of this
