What pains is most of Govt schemes aimed at alleviating poverty are caste/religion or sex based that exclude UPPER CASTES even if they are dirt poor.

model has taken caste/religion based discrimination to altogether different level.
BJP-JD U Govt in Bihar run a scheme -CM transport scheme-that provides assistance of Rs 1 lakh to 5 unemployed persons in every block for buying autorickshaw but UPPER CASTES NOT ELIGIBLE..4/n

Scheme is open only for SC,ST,OBC..This was just a representative example..Almost all schemes discriminate against 15-20% upper castes by either excluding them altogether or raising ELIGIBILITY bar higher for them..
Privileged Tina Dabis get assistance and dirt poor are left 5/n

to starve because they are EMPOWERED lot as per narrative being run by breaking India brigade in collision with leftists and Sanghi communists along with some other cults..
