Maybe we're just following the "wrong" people on here? But it's honestly kind of sad to us how people in the plural community on Twitter never just... talk about stuff. Things going on in their daily lives, stuff happening in headspace, this cool new thing they bought,
this new movie they watched, whatever. It's mostly just posting/retweeting activism, and while yes, that's definitely important, it doesn't really present an opportunity to get to *know* people. Maybe it's just us that aren't right for this community, that wouldn't be the
first time, but we seriously miss actually being able to make friends with people and just chat about stuff, like we could back in the '11-'12 era Tumblr plural community.

On that note, we also kind of hate how fictive stuff is pretty much just not talked about on here.
We're a system that's easily 90% fictives, and we legit feel like we can't talk about fictive stuff on here without coming off fake or roleplay-like, because you almost never see anyone else do it. And no, I don't mean that we should all sit around discussing canon memories
24/7, and I am *definitely* glad that this community doesn't have the "dni if you're a double" or people trying to find canonmates that's so common on Tumblr. It just... we legit feel *awkward* and out of place. Not just on here, but in the multiple community as a whole.
It's legit like we have nothing in common with other systems. Not here, not on Tumblr, definitely not on FB. And that's despite all three communities varying slightly. We actually realized the other week that when we think about the plural community, it's "them", not "us".
And that's... kind of sad to us. I think it all boils down to being "too old" at bodily 28, not having the spoons to spend all our time on activism, a huge part of the community being new systems and a lot of the talk being on figuring out stuff/problems we got figured out
years and years ago, not having DID (because a lot of the community, even among inclusive spaces, *does* treat the DID experience like the norm), and being one of those few endogenic systems who don't have a spiritual/metaphysical explanation for their multiplicity, and while
respecting that other systems use those explanations and believing that they're multiple, not being able to believe in *those particular explanations* for it any more than we can make ourselves believe in Christianity, astral travel, reptilians, etc. Which pretty much ensures
that we have a hard time relating to systems on Tumblr, and they have a hard time relating to us, making any kind of connection kind of difficult to form.

I genuinely don't know what I wanted to say with this thread Hell, I'm not sure who *I* actually am, because we're a bit of
a blur right now. I guess I/we just needed to... vent? I dunno. Pretty sure we're gonna regret posting this later and delete it.
