1. Wake up at 6 am and get to the kitchen.

2. Put water in a pan and place it on the gas stove.

3. Take ginger. Each ginger is unique. Observe its form. Carefully peel it. Watch as the knife traverses the little nooks and crannies of the irregular form. Marvel at nature.
4. Place the peeled ginger on a chopping board. Using the back of a spoon, press hard on the peeled ginger. Harder. Smashed it.

5. Look at the strands of the smashed ginger and enjoy its faint aroma as you do so.

6. Drop the ginger in the pan and light the gas.
7. Add milk and tea leaves to water according to taste. Watch as the milk swirls and mixes with the water in the pan.

8. Watch the water, now with milk, tea leaves and ginger in it, come to boil.
9. Careful, it’s about to boil over. Just when it’s about to, switch off the gas. Let it subside a bit and put the gas on again and as it comes to boil, switch off the gas. Repeat. Enjoy this game between the gas stove and yourself.
10. Take your favourite mug and a sieve and carefully pour yourself some hot Adrak Chai, making sure that the tea flows perfectly into the mug, and doesn't spill over.

11. Your morning mindfulness meditation is complete.
12. Spend an hour on your passion project.

13. Have a great day ahead.
