Two people, -both- drunk and -both- apparently interested. They go hook up after a party.

Is this predatory, yes or no? If not, does it become predatory if one is a fan of the other?

Note: I ask this because I& #39;ve said openly in the past that I don& #39;t think two drunk people having sex qualifies as rape or sexual assault just because one person likes the other person& #39;s art. This isn& #39;t an effort to reinforce those opinions, but to help myself analyze them.

That discussion was several years ago and related to a story about Noah. Some assessed it as rape, which confused me. Similar stories about other men have come up and have also been widely considered sexual assault, so it makes me think I need to seek a better understanding.

Does it become assault based on the person? Like if we know a person is a skeevy douchebag but both parties seemed interested from the beginning (rather than one intentionally using their status or promising jobs or something), does it change the definition of assault?
