UCs when they come across a successful dalit, a sequence of events

1. Refusing to acknowledge the success of the dalit.

2. Once UCs does acknowledge the success begrudgingly, they try to belittle or play down that person's success; claiming things like reservation, caste politics etc etc

3. UCs then try to weaponize the success of that ONE person against the whole dalit community. Saying that if that person can be successful then the whole reservation thing should be done away with.

4. Years later UCs try their hardest to erase that person from history or try to drag their legacy through the mud.

5. If UCs are not successful in erasing that person's legacy they try to appropriate that person's ideas and say absurd things like "Brahmins had a hand in that person's success."
