Children. Teenagers.

Not a peep from Black Lives Matter or ANY Democrat.

Guess why the federal government began cracking down on organized crime in 1929?
The Saint Valentine's Day Massacre of February 14, 1929.

Seven MOBSTERS and MOB ASSOCIATES were lined up and killed with submachine guns in a the garage at 2122 North Clark Street, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago's North Side.

And the public screamed, "ENOUGH!"
The federal government took over the investigations of Al Capone, and in 1931 he was convicted of tax evasion and spent the next 8 years in prison.

He was released because he was suffering massive brain damage from advanced-stage syphilis.

Capone had paralytic dementia.

Hmm.
The symptoms of paralytic dementia are:

fatigue, headache, insomnia, dizziness, cognitive deterioration, personality changes occur, loss of social inhibitions, asocial behavior...
impairment of judgment, impairment of concentration, loss of short-term memory, euphoria, mania, depression, apathy, shivering, speech defects, delusions...
grandiosity, melancholy, paranoia.

Fantasies of great wealth, immortality, thousands of lovers, unfathomable power.

Nihilism, self-guilt, self-blame, hypochondria, dysarthria, tremors, hyperreflexia, myoclonic jerks, confusion, seizures and severe muscular deterioration.

Hmm.
Because of Capone's imprisonment, the Chicago Outfit toned down the violence.

The idea of a mobster honor code is a myth, BUT:

The first mobster to kill a civilian with a stray bullet was Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll, an Irish immigrant.
On July 28, 1931, Coll and three others opened fire with shotguns and submachine guns at bootlegger Joseph Rao.

Rao saw them coming and hit the pavement, so the shots struck four children.

Five-year-old Michael Vengalli was killed.
Coll went into hiding and changed his appearance.

That's him on the far right, smiling AFTER he was arrested for murdering a child.
Coll was acquitted by the corrupt Bronx jury, so he went back to being a mobster.

At 12:30 A.M. on February 8, 1932, Coll was in a phone booth at London Chemists drugstore on at Eighth Avenue and 23rd Street in Manhattan.
Coll was threatening a mobster with kidnapping and killing HIS child unless he paid Coll $50,000.

A car pulled up outside, and two men went into the drugstore.

One had a Thompson submachine gun.
"Keep cool, now," the gunner said quietly to the druggist.

He went to the phone booth and waited until Coll saw him.

Then he fired at Coll from the ground up, starting at his feet.

They were unable to tell how many bullets hit Coll, since he was turned into a pile of viscera.
Coll's executioners were never identified.

No more little kids were shot by gangsters.

Does anything like that happen in Chicago?

Are the child-killers punished by other gangsters?

No.

They don't care.

The city doesn't care.

The Democrats don't care.
And Black Lives Matter care least of all.

They FEEL CONTEMPT for black people.

Just like Obama.

They just want power.

Like Obama.

So remember:
The murders of SEVEN WHITE GANGSTERS in Chicago changed everything.

The ongoing massacre of innocent black people in Chicago is a matter of total indifference to the city.

Priorities have changed, haven't they?
