So, we wrap up the weekends shows, get a message from my dude Josh at NBC of how prominently I was featured on their broadcast (that’s his pic) and I put it on the TL.

At the time she was producing at SPEED Channel (RIP) in Charlotte and while flirtatious on the TL neither of us had made overt moves...but late on the 1st (twitter changes the timezone apparently) this clunky exchange that we’re now laughing about bc these kids were cringe.

Few weeks later I’m editing a piece the night before Alabama-Tennessee and catch this wild idea to set aside catfishing fears and drive to Charlotte on my off day to meet this twitter crush.
