You don’t really fucking care about black lives. You care about your appearance on social media to others. You care about your social status and pretending you’re actual doing something.
Black lives don’t only matter when it’s national news and everybody is changing their avi’s to black circles. Black lives don’t only matter when a person of another color takes it. Black lives always matter. Every life will always matter.
Think about that for a second. 104 people are shot, 14 lost their lives. But because none of these homicides don’t involve police y’all don’t give a fuck? Really? I see all you on my timeline so outraged these few weeks. Why doesn’t it fucking matter now?
I want you to sincerely ask yourself why you’re so adamant to burn down buildings for a man who holds guns to pregnant women and robs them, why you’ll fight for a man who drinks, drives, & steals weapons but you ain’t mad about a baby boy getting robbed of his young life.
