This is me in 2012. Depressed and suicidal from 2004, and then learning I had the same heart disease that killed my mother and would need heart surgery costing $15,500 USD + $120,000 JMD which I had no idea I how I would afford it.

Being skinny wasn’t my fault. I wanted to kill myself then & there. I hated my self.

Also, when I was diagnosed with my heart disease and put on medication in 2011, it would be years later in 2020 that I realize “loss of appetite” and “changes in weight” were side effects of my heart meds and was affecting me all these years.
I’d not eat for days & not feel hungry or feel hungry & just can’t eat. I tried Peritol for my appetite. It only worked for a time. My weight fluctuated ALOT! Most times I’d be underweight. I was very uncomfortable. Clothes didn’t fit me well, I hated how I looked and felt.
