Man it is heartbreaking to do interviews for these stories and to read letters from the incarcerated. People are so scared. Staff, prisoners, their families. Everyone keeps hoping for some kind of plan? There is no plan that I can tell.

They moved people there from Chuckawalla? When? Prisoner transfers from sites of outbreaks were supposed to have stopped, so I’m interested to know more
