Not going to take his photo, but there’s a man inside of CHOP right now explaining to protesters the difference between being “free to go” when cops are trying to intimidate you and being detained and in a situation where you need to remain silent.
First Question to ask cops if they corner you or grab you-
“Am I free to go?”
If they say no, then you are being officially detained. And you should say Point Two- “I am exercising my right to remain silent.” And then absolutely Remain Silent.

Third thing- “I need to call my lawyer.”
If you don’t have a lawyer call- 416-833-6137 (national lawyers guild)
Then repeat Point Four over and over- “I do not consent to a search.”
And change your phone to manual, so that only a passcode can open it, not fingerprint or face.

And remember- Cops have the right to lie. YOU do not.
