//After discussing about the power of each trainer with friends and Pokémon fans in general, I decided to go more in dept with my placements. Might be fun to. So each day I’m gonna explain why I put each character in their tier and hopefully have friendly chats in them.

Now I haven’t played any of their games but a few people in replies to me have told me about them. I’d prefer to play them myself but if what I hear is true I’d place them... at least in A tier.

Chase and Elaine were the easiest to tier because of how their universe works. Battles aren’t as mainstay and Pokémon don’t have abilities. They do have a special pikachu/eevee and beat a red but that red has nothing compared to the main timeline Red.

Serena and Calem earned their spot for having a mostly average adventure. Not impressive but not underwhelming either I guess. They canonly have access to mega evolution and battled mewtwo but not much occurs on their journey leaving them with few accomplishments.

Thoughout their journey they faced a weakened TR but they completed two regions which seems to be all they have going for them. And in official text they never state to have beaten Red either, only that they challenged him. Their legendaries don’t even have too impressive feats.

Red/Leaf have an impressive journey. They battled mewtwo one of the strongest Pokémon alive, Deoxys, and legendaries from Johto. If that wasn’t enough they began training at mount silver for years and are one of the few confirmed trainers to travel to other regions.
