abolish prisons.
I’m seeing a pattern in replies to this so here’s the list where I began my education on abolition: https://seattle.bibliocommons.com/list/share/97322388/1185739397

Do">https://seattle.bibliocommons.com/list/shar... be cautious & implement your own research into every book before you read it. This is just ONE list. I recommend you broaden your research beyond this.
Abolition education doesn’t end after you read a certain # of books or watch a certain # of movies. This isn’t homework. Read these books slowly, spread them out and absorb the information at your own pace. The work is important but misinformation undermines any work attempted.
I’m not illogical. I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life than in my navigation of abolition research. I’ve studied and listened and with the facts before me, I know, unequivocally, that abolition is necessary. I recommend you research before talking out of your ass.
