I had terrible reading comprehension skills in achool- the material just wasn’t interesting to me. They thought the solution was medicating me from kindergarten moving forward..

A lot of people do this but I move SO much trying to fall asleep... but my brain keeps telling me to move to become more comfortable. It’s so hard to reach the “peak comfort” in my brain lol
