Y'all who are saying you believe victims. Are you doing anything actionable to back yourselves up? Do you know how to spot abuse when you see it? Have you done your research? Do you know the warning signs?

Why not?
Now I'm going to talk about some of my experiences, from in the games industry and out.
1) At GDC 2019, I was at a party. While I was there, I met some wonderful people, including a newly hired character artist at Blizzard. My own classmate from school was flirting with her,
Continuously touch her, took her aside and isolated her from the group. I thought she was into it until he went in for a kiss and she recoiled immediately and tried to back away.
You know what she didn't do? Fight back. Because when a drunk guy grabs you, gets into your personal
Space, fighting back can be dangerous. I had to grab her away from my classmate and try to bring her "to the bathroom".
I was standing in a circle of at least 5 other men and 2-3 other women. Some of them are the ones posting that they support victims. All they did was watch.
