Let me say this because its not of people arent going to like but here me out. What sony did regarding with the last of 2 proves that the cult wants Japanese games out of the picture like bernie stolar did with the saturn in 1996 to 98
Forgetting the fact that video games are dead by the time nintendo hit the usa market back in 1986 which super mario brothers & and rob help brought back interest to video games back in the USA!
fast forward to a acouple years back in the 00s or late 90s visual novel games help sell the ps2 back in japan and made key ips like cannad and tomeki memorial popular for Japanese gamers.
then when the xbox 360 hit the market japanese games hit a dark age due to the devs arent used to hd graphics for video games so they went mobile and portable as well japanese gamers were busy with school or work so it worked for them.
then in the ps4 era back in 2016 and 17 japan began to make a HUGE comeback with games like persona 5 nier automata code vain yakuza becoming popular in the west and so much more.

but i know its not for global standards its to slowly remove and humiliate japan on a global stage. Due to most of Sony's western original ip's were flops and under performing duds that aren't TLOU, Uncharted, Spiderman ps4,god of war, TLOU2 and upcoming ghost of Tsushima!
thats the real reason they passed that censorship policy is due they took advantage of a tragedy and used it to target Japanese games from AAA titles like DMC V and FFVIIR to niche titles that canceled their western ps4 release because of the policy.
They will keep the policy till almost all Japanese games are of western shores like saturn back in the day barely japanese games accept the big AAA titles but niche nope forget it and thats why many gamers are fighting back and calling sony out on their bs on this.
Call me crazy call me freaking insane because im not crazy just connect the dots and it will make sense. all of control and influence what can be on the playstation and can not be on the PlayStation if you know what i mean.

In order to distract the masses and keep people on the PlayStation brand games they bought journalist and reviewers to give positive rating on their games as well as games that cater to them in order to be accepted to their circle but we all know its just a quick way to get $$$.
