Sigh... Don't know who needs to hear this but I'mma say it anyway.
*Ahem* Zack Snyder's Superman is not & will NEVER become Christopher Reeve's Superman in any way, shape or form. Being Reeve's Superman is not the endgame of the 5-film arc. He is fated to be HIS own Superman.

Christopher Reeve was A Superman for a particular era, he's not THE Superman for every era. Building up to a world where Clark's unfailing goodness pays off with the world accepting the truth that is his existence, is the endgame, not being yet another failed Reeve clone 4.0.

This isn't Smallville, CW, Returns or Krypton where whatever originality existed, ultimately still trickled down to reminding you again, why u love pop-culture's revised take on S:TM. No road leads to Reeve here, not if Zack Snyder has anything to say about it & thank God he does

Pretty conceited to think Zack, Henry & Amy went through all that horrific harassment with intent to turn around & say "yea, rewarding you with Reeve is our intention."
