It says a lot that Trump believed meeting with Putin would be easier than meeting with NATO or with Theresa May.

Meeting with your allies is hard when compared to meeting with your handler.

The President is an idiot — and a traitor.

BIG REVELATION #2: North Korea is apparently storing weapons in other countries, and Iran is apparently selling stuff to them.

I don’t think we knew about this.

I’m not confident that I’m reading this correctly, but it seems to me that Bolton is trying to blame Bill Clinton for 9/11.

He wants us to spend more in defense?!?!

The US already spends more than the next 26 countries COMBINED!

For once, Trump’s ignorance was gonna work in our favor.

He threatened to reduce the US’s defense spending to just 1.2% of it’s GDP.

Too bad his advisors stopped him, I’d have supported that decision.

Trump said that “the US paid 100 percent of the cost of NATO”.

Whatever the fuck that means, I don’t know. It seems Bolton didn’t know either.

I really doubt that Trump used “heretofore”, but anyway…

I need to clarify that the US is very much run by idiots today.

Looking at the bright side, it seems that Kavanaugh’s confirmation saved NATO.

Trump was determined to bring chaos into the summit, but he was contained by fear of losing votes to confirm Kavanaugh.

Watching an American diplomat, if you can even call Bolton that, complaining about international strong arming is hilarious.

The US is king of strong-arming others, that’s like its entire thing.

Trump complained about NATO spending money on a new HQ instead of spending it on tanks, because the President is a fucking toddler.

I’m really getting tired of Bolton insulting world leaders, mostly with lies.

He calls Jean Claude Junker, President of the European Commission, a “vicious man who hated the United States desperately.”

Bro, chill.

According to Trump, the President of the European Commission is the one who sets the NATO budget.

Trump apparently thinks that allied countries laught at the US in secret and complaing about how stupid he is…

Wait, you mean they ALSO do it in secret? Cause they do it publicly, you know, @realDonaldTrump?

BIG REVELATION #3: Trump really wanted to withdraw from NATO while at the Brussels Summit, prompting both Bolton and Pompeo to prepare to resign.

They ultimately convinced him not to do it.

Jesus.

After Theresa May described Russia’s hit job on the Skripals as a “chemical-weapons attack on a nuclear power”, Trump replied:

“Oh, are you a nuclear power?”

I’m DYING. Bolton believes that Putin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine had Trump be President, and that he only did cause Obama wasn’t tough enough.

Okay, Trump is meeting with Putin in the next page.

BIG REVELATION #4: Bolton self-appointed himself to control the fallout from Trump’s “I don’t see why it would be [Russia who hacked interfered in the election]”

It was Trump who later changed it to “I don’t see why it would NOT be Russia"

Surprisingly, there’s actually not much substance on the Helsinki summit. Most of what Bolton writes had already been reported.

Of course, Bolton is behind the idiotic move to leave the INF treaty.

It’s like all of the ideas that were too stupid for even Bush to carry ou, were brought in and executed by Trump. It’s appaling.

Of course, Bolton presents the nationalist view that the United States does nothing wrong, while Russia is the devil incarnated.

Quite hilarious when you consider who he worked for.

On to the INF Treaty Debacle...

Bolton claims that he unilaterally chose to not even discuss the possibility of bringing China and Iran into the INF Treaty, choosing instead to just quit.

I said this yesterday, but this entire book could be summarized as “I’m a genius living in a world of idiots”.

Bolton’s pompous tone gets real tiring real fast, by page 150 you just want to smash your head into a wall.

Bolton’s continuous insults of US allies such as the EU, NATO, and South Korea is also rather annoying.

He claims allies are foolish, but praises and respects rivals. He keeps stroking his own ego while doing it too.

I get that Bolton believes in American exceptionalism and all that nationalist bullshit, but he keeps going out of his way to incorrectly paint Europe as uncertain cowards.

I’m so tired of his fucking ass.

I’m in page 153/570 and already in December 2018. I presume that the bulk of the book tackles 2019, especially the Ukraine affair.

This book was painful enough to read before Bolton decided to attempt comedy.

What fuckity fuck is this joke supposed to be?

What’s his problem with Europe? Damn.

So now Bolton is making fun of those care about carbon emissions.

Bolton wants us testing nuclear weapons again.

I’m pretty sure this guy jerks off while thinking about nuclear holocaust.

Unsurprisingly, Bolton thinks that militarizing cyberspace is the only way to keep it bening.

These people think that war is the only way to keep peace, which is a sad notion we have to disprove before we venture into space. Unless we want a real version of Star Wars.

MAJOR REVELATION #5: All actions taken against Russia in response to the attack on the Skripals occasioned opposition from Trump.

Trump thought the US was being “too tough” on Putin.

To be fully honest, I’m very much enjoying the constant shitting on Nikki Hailey, who everyone in the admin apparently saw as an incompetent jackass just trying to get headlines.

Bolton is seriously trying to argue that Trump can’t hate Muslims because he’s best buddies with Erdogan, a Muslim.

They’re really pulling the “I have a black friend card” lol

Yes, John, we know. You’re a fucking super hero and everyone loves and admires you, we get it. Now move on.

HUGE REVELATION: Trump tried to intervene to stop SDNY’s investigation of HalkBank, a bank used by Erdogan and his family.

It only took a halfassed memo which Trump didn’t read to convince him of Halkbank’s innocence.

Bolton now claims he understood the sense of loyalty to the Kurds, but also calls them terrorists.

He had earlier said he wanted to break ties with them.

BIG: Trump said he wanted to get rid of the PKK, which Bolton took to mean that he wanted to get rid of Kurdish fighters in general.

Bolton describes Congressional Republicans as “uniformly” opposed to the decision to leave Syria, but claims they agreed to stay off the media.

These people are utter cowards, they allowed thousands of Kurds to be slaughtered by Turkey.

Bolton claims (like Trump did last week) that it was Trump who gave Mattis the “Mad Dog” nickname.

This is a lie, and quite easily debunked. Not sure why they keep saying this.

Not that I’m surprised, but apparently, all you gotta do to distract Trump from whatever he is talking about (be it nuclear weapons or monetary sanctions) all you gotta do is say “rally” and let him go off.

BIG: Bolton appeas to confirm reporting that Trump was exploring dumping Pence and running with Haley.

He claims that Trump asked him his thoughts about the idea, and mentioned that Javanka liked this approach.

Bolton takes credit for keeping Pence in the ticket.

I’m gonna puke if he keeps this nationalism up for too long
