Some things about these "fireworks"

1. LAPD is telling people that email about the fireworks that they're ability to deal w them has been postponed due to the protests.
They're trying to get ppl angry at the protesters about this.

2. It's been shown that they are at least partially responsible for setting off these "fireworks". There have been multiple pics and vids of them selling them and setting them off.
They're trying to tire folks out. This is literally psychological warfare tactics.

3. The police set up (at least in my neighborhood) call lines and email addresses specifically for complaints about these "fireworks".
They're trying to make themselves appear like a necessity because their jobs are being threatened by the defunding efforts.

4. People that call in to the lines that they set up are being told that squad cars will be sent out to their block.
They are going to use this as a way to increase police presence in neighborhoods and set up and arrest people. Again, making themselves seem necessary.

This is a multi-pronged setup by the police and you cant tell me otherwise.
