7. Redundancy is real. 3 years in a position in enough, if you can't move up, find a way to move horizontally.
8. Either change desk in the same company or change companies in the same position

9. Some positions do not have so many options. Out of 100 Juniors, the company needs only one supervisor! Staying in such a position for 7-10 years makes you unemployable

10. Some jobs require new skill sets eg IT, marketing, research.... Failure to add value to yourself either by going back to school, taking professional courses of online self taught, this puts you on the next firing list.

11. The job you have today will end one day, the question is, where else can your skills apply?
How transferable are those skills?
Anything routine means anyone can be taught how to do it and you are next on the firing list

12. Employers have enough problems, they want people who can solve their problems not people who are part of the problem.

14. Not everyone can be good in business, don't be ashamed to be employed forever. You only need to find a way to remain relevant in a competitive world and make being employed your business
