*sigh* I hate these videos and comments about drumpf's inability to hold a glass with one hand. I hate then because I, at times have the same issue because of muscle weakness & nerve damage caused by MS. Yes, he's terrible, but poking fun at something like that is trash behaviour

Being ableist towards someone like him isn't punching up, it's insulting towards other like me who have physical and neurological disabilities. This isn't about being the bigger person towards someone like him, it's about considering how others feel about being disabled.

There's nothing funny or sophisticated about seeing someone struggling to hold a bottle of water. When I see people who *apparently don't have a disability, make from of him, I wonder if they'd make fun of me too, if they saw my hand trembling, and my muscles spasming.

Same thing with making fun of his spelling. I'm dyslexic & have cognitive impairment, so I know what it's like to feel embarrassed over spelling & grammatical mistakes. Yes, the man's a racist, mysoginitic demon & says utterly stupid things, but I never make fun of his spelling.

Before you hit send on that tweet, or voice that thought, think to yourself, "Will one of my friends or their family member, think this is funny or insulting towards them?" If you're not sure, you should probably think about it a bit more.
