so I went to iconic stylezz on January 5th 2020, after getting hella recommendations I’m not from Cleveland so of course i did my research and I decided to go because I needed my hair done for when I went back to college that following week my own sister does hair

The best in our city But we always get into to where I’m walking out her salon with wet hair and being embarrassed af so me being fed up, as well as my mom we looked elsewhere I was looking at Pittsburgh as well.

But Cleveland was closer and more convenient. I came across 4 different hair pages being impressed by all in each different way. But I was messing with inconic stylezz the heaviest because he did K Michelle’s hair and I was like “ hell yeah I want him” I don’t care about the

Rest but mind you I still DMs the rest because I’m coming from out of town so I needed to see it it was fine to bring my closure the same day I get closures all the time so I knew how tf it went

She she said she could I was excited and I was excited. So the day of my appointment comes it was actually on the 7th of January. ( IM NOT BLOCKING SHIT OUT FUCK THEM) and my father decide to make our way to Cleveland

I get there and the shop was on this dirty ass shit, hella garbage out front I ain’t think nothing of it because it was a busy place across the street so I get there and I see a half furnished

Dirty shit was everywhere like they had just moved. Nobody introduced themselves especially with me coming from out of town. So I waited for like 15 before someone spoke to me

I seen that nigga CHARLES or known ass iconicand this female named Tanae. Who I booked my appointment with. First of all vibe. Nuhuh off, her? looked stank with a dumb ass Nike hat

She called me cute and i had a lot of hair So I sit down in the chair asked me if I washed it, I said yes, cause In PA you still get a fucking wash included in your hairstyle. Like obviously that’s what I thought was gone happen but just Incase I blew it out as well

So she takes it out still commenting on how long and healty my hair is, Charles gone comment as well and say it’s cute as well. And then starts to ask me questions

So Charles was like “why did you come all the way out here to get your hair done, how you find us, etc” I told them my sister does hair and we don’t get along and he started asking me hella questions on why. etc I didn’t tell them because it’s none of the business

So this is when shit starts getting crazy. So I’m in the car for about 20 minutes before someone else comes in to get her wig fixed she told him it hasn’t been a week and her water wave wig was lifting. So he started to wash her I’m thinking I’m about to get washed

No. She’s like since you already washed it’s fine, so she grabs this weak ass white girl brush (you know the one that supposed to smooth your hair done) and I’m looking at her like girl that shit is gonna break so I advise her. I’m not comfortable with that can you get a differen

One. So she did, so the other girl gets under the dryer while see sections my hair. BOOM. The fucking lights cut out. So I guess Charles faulty ass non electrician ass uncle was there trying to fix the wiring

So as that goes on lights cuts out 3 more times instead of getting that in order they worried about food so I’m like are they forreal Rn? so the uncle left yo go get a salad from next door. For him and Charles. Three more times. I feel like they KNEW this shit been happening

So they tried to play the funk and call the landlord so as they eating or whatever the girl in the back still in the front as her 1 year old baby running fucking loose

So this is where MYSELF I FUCKED UP. Because that power kept cutting off she’s halfway done with blow drying my hair claims my shit was matted like bitch how fucking dare you.

I don’t know what’s the hair lengths y’all Cleveland stylists are used too. BUT the bitch ain’t know how to detangle hair and it fucking showed. So she’s pulling my hair back as she blow drying it and it fucking blew up while it was in my head and the power cut out again

So I told her. All my life I been using the same products never ever had this issue at NOOOOO other salon ever I use blue magic and the blue can of oil sheen ain’t never failed me in all my 22 years of life. So she was basically trying to tell me that that was cause of the blow

Dryer fucking up but my hair didn’t come out and if it did she wouldn’t told me WHICH WAS A FUCKING LIE. Charles the entire time was being a shady ass bitch and usually I can handle the fem gays but this mf was aggravating af everytime

He spoke. It was something rude. So me being annoyed af by them I sat there quietly trying to collect my thoughts on what to do next when I should’ve got my ass up

So she’s braiding me up and a crackhead walks by stands there knocks on the door. Leaves comes back does the same thing 3 times so Charles finally lets him in and tells him to go get him some stuff and they’ll pay him $30 for it clearly taking advantage of him.

The entire time as he does this they like “oh my god don’t let him in he stinks so bad, I don’t have time with him stanking up the shop and begging” etc so about an half hour later the snap comes back and in his jacket and pants he got hella shit. He stole from the beauty store

So Charles is picking out what he wants and so is the girl in my head they are clearly best friends and they only give him 10 dollars all together and the crackhead I felt so bad started saying “y’all said y’all was gone give me 30, why y’all play me like that” and they gone

Say we ain’t do shit we never said that we don’t know what you talking about etc showing me that they grimy as hell. I already made my mind up I ain’t NEVER coming back there soon as I walked through the door.

So they kicked the crackhead out and locked the door on him and he was sad and he looked like he was finna cry. I felt sick to my stomach. Just watching that. Cause you can obviously see they do that all the time to him

So it’s time to get my hair sowed in and she didn’t grease my scale after she braided it, the braids compared to my sisters HUGE and was not flat at all. compared to her and his work on Instagram it was a fucking lie. because I seen the girl braids next to me and ugh

So, mac is like he got a comforter in the car and tanae is like let me see it and he does to her car comes back and she’s like nah I don’t want it I already have it like ( that comforter was ugly as fuck y’all) and Charles goes can you get me some more 47 brand hats etc

And the dude says yeah, and then they pay him for stuff they took. Like deodorant and shit all this took like 20 minutes

So both her and Charles starts asking me hella question again and keep asking if I’m from Cincinnati. (Like bitch I told you I’m from PA.) So I’m like no I’m from Pennsylvania and this and that and After that I didn’t feel like answering any more questions so I put my air pods

In, so that process I didn’t forget about her burning my shit out so I’m STILL looking for that brush so after all these people come in and out. They lock it Another girl comes in so tanae stops doing my hair to go answer the door and I get to take a picture of that

Acting like she’s running from someone so she tells Charles and tanae that she had to do someone’s hair at 2pm but she had something else to do and they got into it so the girl who’s hair she was supposed to do. The bitch was circling the salon. Wanting to fight

So my dad walks in the salon and it gets even more hectic because she’s literally chilling out front trying to get the other hairstyle outside to fight. They girl mouth? Disgusting and disrespectful as fuck.

Her, Charles and tanae all stopped what they was doing to look out the window and even THREATENED to jump that girl as well. Called the cops supposed and all while trying to start on someone’s head y’all. so I asked the shorty who was behind me if she burnt my hair

Shorty shrugged. And it took everything in me not to kick her dirty ass baby down. And call her loose lip syd the sloth fat gorilla belly ass bitch out her name

So I ended up getting back in the chair while I’m on the phone with my mom and my moms like “SPEAK TF UP GIRL THE HELL” so I’m like I’mma pay you half. But I know you burnt my hair out. And she’s immediately getting defensive like the last times I asked confirming to me she did

And we get in a little arguement and they start walking up on me. I’m standing my own. My dad didn’t get up so, they thought they was gone scare me but they definitely didn’t. so then she goes bitch I’ll rip that shit out yo head, here comes the ring leader Charles calling me out

My name like crazy and my dad stand up and starts calling him out his name. Saying that he wish they would fucking touch me while he was there. Trying to follow me out the shop we still arguing I’m calling them all out they names saying any and everything I peeped

About that lil stank ass shop so they still saying they gone rip that little weak ass closure sue in out and I’m like wtf is stopping you bitches. At this point I’m on one. Me and my dad. so we walking across the street they wanna come out my dad reaches for his gun and they

Wanna run back in that shop. So on that ride home I wrote my issue to the better business bureau. They have an F now. I didn’t get my money back but idc it don’t matter but I feel like more should’ve happen to them
