On 15th March, after consulting @etihad website (ss below), I decided to cancel three tickets from Bengaluru to Amsterdam (return tickets) because the website promised full refund without and cancellation charges.

After 3 months, I received refund on just 1 ticket
@HardeepSPuri
Etihad has applied a cancellation charge of almost Rs. 13,000. In total, I'll be losing almost Rs. 40,000 due to no fault of my own. Etihad promised full refund, that's why I cancelled the ticket.

Mr. @HardeepSPuri , @etihad is defrauding a common man off Rs. 40,000.
Pls help!!
I've no choice but to ask you, the powerful people of Twitter, to help me raise my case. If enough people join hands, maybe an ordinary law abiding citizen will get back their hard earned money

This was going to be my 1st international trip. It has turned into my worst nightmare
Calling @HardeepSPuri @ushapadhee1996 @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @praful_patel to please help a law abiding citizen in his fight to stop the mighty @etihad @EtihadHelp from defrauding me and my family of their hard earned money.
