I need an attorney. My chiropractor fractured my rib & my sternum, left me unable to work for a month and $7500 in hospital & medical bills — now he claims the insurance company will only settle for $2500.

The hospital itself misdiagnosed me the first night I went in and told me that my immense pain and inability to breathe was due to a stomach flu, even after I repeatedly argued with them that that wasn't it. They ran 5k in labs and never did an x-ray.

I went back to the ER a few days later at night because it had been days where everything hurt, I couldn't lie down bc I couldn't breath. Finally a competent ER doctor asked for xrays bc he said all my symptoms led him to believe I had something broken.

I've been very patient and overly understanding with the hospital and the chiropractor as this happened 4 months ago. The hospital calls nonstop about my outstandingBill's, and the chiropractor verbally promised me that he would cover all the bills in front of a witness. HELP!
