1. Eliminate inflammatory foods!
2. Be in a caloric deficit!
3. Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day
4. 15-20 minute workouts focused on around your abs (at home workouts are quick an easy)

Foods that decrease inflammation would be: spinach, avocado, nuts, chia seeds, garlic, salmon, berries, pineapple

To be in a Caloric Deficit means:
A calorie deficit occurs when you consume fewer calories than your body expends. A calorie deficit of 500 calories per day is effective for healthy and sustainable weight loss.

Based on my body mass index that I want to achieve, the amount of calories I need to sustain a day in a normal routine is 1300.
In a caloric deficit I consume 800 (1300-500)
This forces me to choose healthy calories for fuel.

Your plate should be half vegetables on one side.
On the other side split that half into quarters and you can have starches in your choice of protein.
