There are many things in life that can hold us back.

Whether itโ€™s our mindset, lack of planning, our habits or a misaligned purpose, thereโ€™s always something in the way.

There are 3 things that are holding us back in life.
Theyโ€™re common things, and I know weโ€™ve all struggled with them before.

Hereโ€™s a more in-depth look into the three things holding you back:

We all struggle with dopamine. It can control our lives if we let it and unfortunately, itโ€™s way too easy these days to find something that spikes dopamine to a level nature never intended.
Social media, TV, porn, food and video games are some of the most common dopamine sinks we use today, and each can be just as destructive if allowed to control our lives.
Itโ€™s said that all of the great businessmen, the CEOโ€™s, the success stories we know of have full control of their dopamine levels and can control their dopamine production.
How can we emulate them? By removing these distractions and dopamine sinks from our lives.

Stop watching porn. Stop watching TV. Put your phone away.

Delete all of your games. Only use social media if itโ€™s your job.
Form new habits and track your progress. Do a dopamine detox. Do anything you can to loosen the grip dopamine has on your body.

Focus on making these changes and youโ€™ll see drastic changes in your life and mindset.

Time is a valuable resource, and once spent, we canโ€™t get it back.

Itโ€™s imperative to make the most of our time and focus on tasks that generate income and provide actionable progression towards your purpose and goals
Focus on one thing for 3-4 hours a day and do it to the best of your ability.

This should be something that can generate income or bring you closer to achieving and fulfilling your purpose.
Most people want to stop trading their time for money, which is one of the many pitfalls of a conventional 9-5.

Once the day is over, youโ€™ve spent 8 hours working and trading your time for somebody else.
How you use the time outside of your 9-5 is where youโ€™ll really see the results.

It could be studying a course, writing copy, designing an Ebook, starting a business, cold-calling, emailing clients. Anything that moves the needle.
Focus on something with all your power, all your discipline and all your effort and youโ€™ll see the results you want to see.

As is human nature, when we set goals, financial gain is usually the highest priority.

Itโ€™s natural, we all strive to gain financial freedom and learn how to make and generate multiple streams of income.
However, to be an integral part of the community, it pays to be the best.

To have the best course, the best resources, the best knowledge and provide the best value is a more fulfilling goal than chasing money.
Chasing money can blind you from whatโ€™s really important; Providing immeasurable value, helping others succeed with your guidance and being a role model in the community
We should all strive to be the best at what we do in our lives, not just our Twitter accounts.

Our innate desire for competition usually brings this out of us and pushes us to the best, so listen to your instincts and strive to be the best.
Set goals that inspire you to be the best in your niche and your community.

Learn what it takes to the best of the best.

Be the best at what you do, whatever it is, provide value to all and youโ€™ll see the results.
Thank you to everybody whoโ€™s supported and engaged with me so far, itโ€™s greatly, greatly appreciated.
