There’s vitamins, minerals, elements and fatty acids. The most IMPORTANT thing is fat soluble vitamins ( Vitamin A, D, E, K2) Think about it, your whole body is made of fat and these fat soluble vitamins are needed to metabolise them. This is when things get crazy (thread)⬇️
Vitamin A has a profound influence on organ development, cell proliferation, and cell differentiation, and their deficiency originates or predisposes a number of disabilities.
Just like how pigs are born with without eyes humans are born with narrow jaws. This is why so many people need braces nowadays. Due to vitamin A deficiency the jaws of humans are not wide enough to hold our teeth’s. That’s y people need to get their teeth removed or wear braces.
It’s only like this because Big pharma convinced the whole world that saturated fat, cholesterol, red meat are all boogeymen and if you eat them they’ll catch you 🤣. But there’s the crazy thing. In nature these fat soluble vitamins always come with cholesterol and fat.
So the only way to get these fat soluble vitamins is to eat cholesterol and fat, but people are scared of the boogeyman. Let’s not get into how plants don’t have these fat soluble vitamins at all, only precursors. One more crazy thing....
People worry about vitamin C, B vitamins, etc. Here’s the crazy thing. When you eat foods that are high in fat soluble vitamins you automatically get every other nutrient. Including elements, which plants don’t have at all. How does that work?
Every single nutrient, element, fatty acids, all work together. They all work together to operate your whole body which is made of fat. So when you eat fat soluble vitamins you automatically get every other nutrient because in nature everything is synergistic.
This is why fat soluble vitamins should be your priority. It’s like a domino effect. Once you get them you get all the other nutrients.
So what foods have fat soluble vitamins? Eggs, butter, red meat, seafood, you know all the stuff big pharma tell you not to eat because of the boogeymen.🤣 Make sure you get organic grass fed/pasture raised.
Am sorry if your a vegan and you had to hear this. I mean, we all know there’s little to no fat soluble vitamins in plant foods.
