For 3 years after Taken became a hit, every script I got was a Taken rip off. Taken but the daughter saves the father, Taken but the wife is the badass, etc. They also made 2 official sequels & a TV show. I never once heard of anybody desperate to find another Hidden Figures

Hidden Figures would make a good TV show btw. Who wouldn’t want to know more about their lives?

Why do I think about this often? Because my fellow Palestinian-American sister @nujoud who is the NASA Chief of Exploration Mission Planning Officer keeps telling me about the most interesting Black and NBWOC NASA employees in the history of NASA

...and before you ask, yes we are out there pitching these projects ALL THE TIME
