I had a strange dream.

Due to Covid19, elections were pushed to 2022 but in December 2021 Mr. 1986 became physically unable to run things. We had 2 years of power struggle confusion. Chaos ensued & in 2024 the International Community (led by Rwanda) intervened to fix things.

In 2025 Uganda got its first president of Indian descent, Raj Kapoor Rajesh. President Raj was a short burly man with a distinct full beard, an endless menacing look & an insatiable appetite for truth and justice. He demanded that all corrupt Government employees be castrated.

President Raj's first order of business was to ban all political parties. NRM became a religion believing in the one true god - Mr 1986. FDC became a fitness club working out every Monday. DP turned into a Private Pensions fund & People Power became an Agricultural Consortium.

In the years that followed, Uganda became the top country in economic performance, human rights & sports. In 2028 we won our first AFCON and shortly after that, we qualified for World Cup 2030. In 2031 Rwanda & Kenya became our colonies. Kenya & Tz became protectorates in 2033.

And in 2034 President Raj was assassinated by Otim Musinguzi Ssegirinya - the first transgender speaker of Parliament. Speaker OMS was sentenced to 25 years in Luzira Prison which was now privately owned by United Forces of Change - the Correctional Facilities Experts.

And then I woke up.
