im making this thread the night before a stressful few days, and its more or so something ive created for myself,, but ive tried to make it as vague as possible for everyone to enjoy <3
1. this is temporary, i promise. take deep breaths, ground yourself, live in the moment. all things must pass. you can do anything, you& #39;re much stronger than you think !

2. the future friends you will make. whether online or irl, there are an endless amount of lives that will completely change your life for the better. wait and see, you too will meet your soulmate
3. all things happen for a reason. e.g: if i never met this toxic person, i wouldve never attended their party, never seen borhap and never joined this fandom that has gotten me through everything, including their shit.

4. you are far from alone in this. i know you& #39;ve heard it all before. & #39;everyone can get depressed& #39;, & #39;everyone& #39;s life sucks& #39; it all sounds a little tone deaf, i know. but reaching out to people you trust will get you far.

5. all successful people have been through hell and back, and somehow they& #39;re still standing. i know you have that strength in you somewhere, and its perfectly normal to question it. remind yourself that you CAN handle anything

6. you are not lazy. its okay to take a break, nothing matters more than your mental health. you are the top priority in your life, and you are worth enough to be taken care of. in saying this, taking care of yourself means maintaining hygiene and sometimes getting out of bed-
like i said, its a slow and gruelling process at first but i know you can do it ! :D
7. laughing till your stomach hurts, moments like those are always the highlight of my day ♡ they clear my mind for that one moment and make me realise nothing is really as bad as they may seem
8. this only applies to stan twitter i guess, but your fave! john deacon is my main source of serotonin at this point, and he& #39;s one of the reasons i am still here <3 when feeling down, watch a cute moments video or think & #39;what advice would they give me?& #39;
9. all the movie marathons you& #39;ll have. honestly, my attention span sucks but theres no greater feeling than being completely taken over by an amazing film! things like these are fantastic distractions
10. all the great music you are yet to discover! music is unbelievably important to me and i really need it to operate properly. feeling bored? check out that artist you& #39;ve been meaning to get into for weeks now, you won& #39;t regret it
11. therapeutic crying sessions. dont pretend everything is ok when its not, and dont bottle it all up. put on a sad song and let it all out, this will clear your mind and help you see things differently
12. showing everyone how badass and determined you really are! nothing is cooler than someone who& #39;s gotten back on top after hitting an all time low. dont judge urself if you dont see improvement, you& #39;re actually getting somewhere by deciding to get help in the first place! :")
13. the (realistic) dreams you will achieve! yes, you will adopt that cat! yes, you will move into that apartment with your friends! this is all part of the unbelievable story you& #39;ll tell when you& #39;re finally living your best life
14. this ones a little cheesy but, feeling the sunshine on your skin. i really think people underestimate how powerful being outside can have be for your mental health. if you set up the right vibe (for eg watching the sun set with a banging playlist) you will feel better!!
15. the world you are yet to explore. take a risk, go somewhere new! tour your city like you& #39;re new in town, take notice of all the lovely details in your environment! this will also help in grounding yourself
16. putting on your favourite songs and dancing like an idiot in the comfort of your own room (or with a mate if you prefer!). letting your body loose while giggling at yourself is an amazing feeling
17. that amazing feeling you get when helping someone. sign petitions, donate, protest, give someone advice. there are so many great things you can do that will help people out there
18. doing crazy (but safe!) things. screw it, dude! dye your hair, ask them out, get that tattoo! there are so many fun things you can do that will give you the great rush you need
19. those calming days you will soon experience. being at complete peace with yourself is an attainable feeling, and one day itll be yours

20. realising that you are an amazing person with a life that is worthwhile. you deserve happiness and joy, and loving yourself for who you truly are is important
