A detailed explanation of Coloradocore, a thread:
Coloradocore is an aesthetic created to mimic the environment and mood of the state of Colorado. Most prominently featured in this aesthetic are mountains and small bodies of water, due to their prevalence in the state.
Cedar trees are also very common in mountainous regions of Colorado, so they are also present in many depictions of the aesthetic. Wild animals such as deer, wolves, bears, and many others are common in Colorado as well, so they are frequently seen here too.
While Colorado’s rural areas may have the biggest impact on most people, urban areas are what truly make the Coloradocore aesthetic unique. Small, bustling towns along with stone and brick pathways combine to enhance the depth of this aesthetic.
