With due respect, I disagree with Tuan Azmir Lee. And this is my opinion to my dear brothers and sisters in Islam in regards to the LGBT.

1. We are living in Malaysia as Muslim majority's country with Islam as the religion of the federation, so do not be influenced by the western culture and biased media that keep repeating the existance of the LGBT as if it were an established scientific fact.
2. Western modernity has created so much confusion in our mind. Do not simply digest the argument that LGBT people are biologically created to be a homosexuals as if there is no medication or therapy method can change the so-called biological predisposition.
3. LGBT is not inherited human trait. If it is so, then it would have been recognised in all parts of the world. But this is obviously not so. Even in certain part of America and European country such as Russia banned the LGBT movement.
4. I'm not saying we must discriminate the LGBT group. Whatever it is, they are still Malaysian citizen and their rights as citizen must be protected under the law. However, we should not support their movements.
5. I can tell you, when the LGBT felt more confident, they will move from defensive to an offensive strategy. This is when they and their supporter claimed us as "homophobia".
6. As if we the one who need to seek psychological help for refuses to accept the LGBT and takes an emotional stand against their group. This is their offensive strategy. Do not fall into this.
7. Allah is just. Allah will not put such hypothtical hormones into one person and then punish him/her for acting according to the inherited characteristic that He created in them. No one is biologically created to have this lust
8. It must have developed from some confuse experiences that LGBT people may or may not remember. Stop saying that LGBT is not a sinful practise. It is a sin and it violates our religious and cultural norms.
9. I came to this opinion after £'ve read about LGBT and their movement and also from several article from Prof @DrRafidahHanim . May Allah protect us from anything and everything that has the potential to harm us in this life and thereafter. Ameen.
