Not blaming Global or any one who works for @CapitalXTRA, know lots of incredible people who work their personally but Black Women in particular are asking questions and again brands and Tim feel they're are above the conversation.

This won't just "blow over"
You need to step out of the persona and have these conversations @TimWestwood, Black Women are attempting to engage. Don't think your credibility will be maintained by working with Black male acts when you dont respect Black females full stop.
No one cares if you've put money in pockets of Black men in music, or made careers. You shouldn't at your age have the inability to engage in discourse whether online or privately. From the looks of it you have done neither.
I hope that Global and @CapitalXTRA honour the respect of these women, by either responding with some formal statement detailing an investigation into the claims.

To any artists dont show your arse and defend a man who could have been on crud before you were born!!
I'm very sure that's not the proverbial hill you and your career want to die on!!
Remember NO ONE in particular is saying @TimWestwood is guilty of anything apart from not bothering to honour a demographic he's happy to dagger on stage with, but not happy to have a simple conversation in regards to his historical behaviour.
But his silence on the matter infers a lot of other things.
Be great to get some movement on this @AshleyTaborKing @alsmith00 @StephenMiron @mrozboy about the issues around the allegations surrounding your on-air talent @TimWestwood ...I think many listeners and female staff of your brand will like to see your stance on this.
