Since quarantine started, my cousin @TommyB13_ and I have up started working on our old Minecraft Disney park again. People seemed interested so I thought I’d create a thread of pics and info about it.

It’s called Disney Kingdom and it has the basic lands like Main Street, Frontier, Tomorrow, etc. We added some of our own like New York, Paris, and Underwater. It’s supposed to be a stand-alone park containing everything we could possibly want.

We started a couple of years ago on our own server with a few more friends but only ever did the castle and like half of Main Street (and a lot had to be redone cuz it was bad).
Since quarantine, it’s been just @TommyB13_ and I, and we’ve almost entirely finished 3 entire lands.

I personally have always been a huge Disney fan and dream of becoming an Imagineer. I’ve taken engineering classes at school that allowed me to plan out entire Disney theme parks of my own for fun. This Minecraft theme park was so much harder but also so much more fun to build.

So here’s the castle. It has scenes from each princess movie, The Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique, Cinderella’s Royal Table, guest suites, and more.

So here’s Main Street. It has an entrace hotel, a movie theater, a rope drop show, a place for parade floats, the Emporium, an ice cream parlor, Starbucks, a rotating meet and greet (Star Wars rn), two restaurants, and a few apartments.

Main Street continued.

So here’s Frontierland. It connects to the left of Main Street through a side-street near the entrance. It has Splash Mountain, Toy Story Mania, Big Thunder Mountain, a Toy Story meet and greet, a restaurant, and cool little western buildings like a jail and bank.

(Rides take the longest to build out of everything, so most ride buildings and queues are completed but the rides themselves are not)

So here’s our New York land. We connected it on the right side of Main Street through a side-street near the entrance. It has Tony’s Town Square, the Waverly Sub Station, Avengers Tower, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange rides, Baskin Robbins, and a ton of little scenes from the MCU.

So here’s Underwater land. We plan on building a seemingly underwater area similar to the Ariel land in Tokyo DisneySea and Tomatoa’s Volcano in Moana. All we really have of it right now is the actual Volcano/Mountain that needs to be decorated and re-shaped.

Between the Underwater land and New York land is going to be Tomorrowland (which we haven’t started yet), but we also have a transition area with New Asgard (Thor) and SanFranSokyo (Big Hero 6). Here’s the transition so far as well as the current plans for Tomorrowland.

We plan on putting an extremely large Fantasyland section behind the castle stretching from the Paris Land all the way to the Underwater land. So far, we only have Seven Dwarfs Mine Train which is connected to the castle.

In between Frontierland and Fantasyland we have a Paris Land sort of in the style of New Orleans Square or Liberty Square. This land started work literally 2 days ago, but so far we have the Notre Dame Cathedral and a Ratatouille area with a ride, Gusteau’s, and Colette’s Crêpery

We also plan on making the Eiffel Tower, a big transition from Paris to Fantasy with Beauty and the Beast, and a courtyard area showcasing other landmarks like the Arc De Triomphe and The Lourve with little scenes from movies like the Aristocats.

To the left of this Paris area is going to be Adventureland which we have only started the layout for, but here’s the entrance so far and what we plan to include in it.

We created a texture pack to allow us to create things like Cap’s shield, fairy wings, etc as well as change the paintings, foods, and standard items into things we could put in shops and restaurants.

We even built the start of a Utilidor system underneath the park that one can get into by pushing buttons that look like they’re just for decoration.

I believe that is all we have built so far but I’ll update this thread with more pics as we build more and more!
