1. Ensure bio-diverse diet of ayurvedic plants for your herd - for instance Acacia senegal/kumtia

2. Make sure the baby gets its fair share of the milk

3. clean the udder and teat

4. Filter the milk right away

5. Take the milk to the dairy as quickly as possible

6. Regularly feed your camels salt

7. Use only natural remedies to treat disease problems (except in emergencies) , such as Karanji-ka-tel (oil of Derris indica) against mange
