I really hope that men in and out of gaming are digesting what’s being talked about. It’s been clear that this type of abuse has been an issue and had no real plans of slowing down at the rate it needed to.

I hope that we take a real hard look back at past actions and examine them to confirm we were never part of the problem and if we were part of the problem I hope we can face that reality. Really give it a thorough examination and contextualiz all of it.

Right now feels like a time of awakening, compassion, repair, and sympathy. If we use these moments to grow as a society we can likely come out stronger and more inclusive than ever. Please don’t be hateful. Please don’t be dismissive. Listen and learn to respect one another.

It’s possible to change and evolve! I have over the last few months and I’m old as hell in gaming years. So I trust that all of us have the capacity to learn and grow from these moments.
