A number of roads, including Humes Avenue, are to have a Local Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN). This is such a new concept it only brings up a few entries on a search. Does anyone know what a LTN is? Has anyone seen any plans? #Ealing #Hanwell
Apoligies, LTN stands for Low Traffic Neigbourhood. More about the concept here. What that means in practice for the designated roads still isn& #39;t clear. #Ealing #Hanwell https://londonlivingstreets.com/low-traffic-liveable-neighbourhoods/">https://londonlivingstreets.com/low-traff...
