I tried reaching the number given on @ketto website but no one "answered" on the first & second day, then I wrote to Sameer with no response, I tried reaching Rohini on the number to no response again, then I tagged Rohini to the mail first sent to Sameer & got her response the..

very candidly, "I believe you are facing some issues withdrawing funds from @ketto website?" Well I told him about the issue & he said "there is some technical issue, so he has forwarded my request for a manual transfer which will take atleast 2days to credit in my account"...
he never asked me the amount that I seek to withdraw but he has already forwarded my request to finance team, I wonder how? I had other discussion with him which you can hear the recorded version I am told @ketto does on every call.
