I wanna clear up a few misconceptions about these graphs you might've seen from that Bloomberg article.

This graph isn't the revenue change from February 1 2020 to May 31 2020; it's the difference between the total revenue during Feb-May 2019 and during Feb-May 2020.

For the past few months, Dragalia's profits have actually been pretty steady, but Feb-May 2019 had some major summon showcases that drew big profits: Gala Mym, Eastern Emissaries rerun, FEH 1
On top of that, DL was still a relatively new game riding the launch high.

Things got real bad during Summer 2019, and then again during Time Attack. Revenue fell hard, and the game is still recovering from that low period. While we've had a lot of incredible adventurers to summon for recently, DL just doesn't have as many active players anymore.

This DOES NOT mean that the game is dying, though. Dragalia is actually doing quite well for a brand new IP in its first 2 years of existence. It's not making as much money as it did back at launch, but very few gacha games do - and that's not especially damning.

In the future, we might see more options to bypass time gates for certain materials like tomes, or perhaps more cosmetic options (SKINS PLEASE)...but Dragalia isn't going to become P2W any time soon - and it's certainly not getting axed.
Hope this wasn't too confusing!
