First day back at work/home alone has been eh. One day at a time I suppose

So, as of right now my range of motion is only 30 degrees. My physical therapist wants me at 60 by next week. Got some work to do.
Another physical therapy session today. Definitely don& #39;t think I& #39;ve reached 60 degrees but I have improved since Thursday so won& #39;t be too mad with myself.

Literally increased 20 degrees since Monday & I& #39;ve doubled since last Thursday.

Back to physical therapy tomorrow on top of meeting with my doctor Tuesday. Hoping that I can start doing leg lifts and strengthening my quads back up again.
I haven& #39;t been stiff at all over the past few days so I& #39;m hoping to either hit or be really close to 100 degrees tomorrow.
So I finally hit 90 degrees yesterday and today I go back to my doctor. I hope he unlocks my brace and let& #39;s me do more exercises. My physical therapist told me being in the brace locked all day is working against me as far as overcoming stiffness.
So my doctor and physical therapist are on two different pages and I told my doctor that. He asked me why was I still on crutches. My physical therapist told me yesterday that after he approves more exercises that I would work towards being off of crutches. Which one is it.
Like they& #39;re both doctors and I don& #39;t wanna discredit either of them but how is the patient to blame when y& #39;all aren& #39;t on the same wavelength.
Both of yall running my pockets dry for all these appointments and sessions but due to the lack of communication I& #39;m behind. Got it.

I& #39;m pretty confident that I don& #39;t need my crutches anymore. I& #39;ve been walking around the house without them since Thursday.
Ima try to go outside without them tomorrow (today). Only gonna use em to get down the stairs.
