Does anyone have advice for working out even when you feel like utter hell and just can't bring yourself to do it
I just, really really really dislike my body and I wish I was more masculine/weighed less. I just have a hard time seeing the point in even trying to work out bc i can barely manage a simple 30 minute workout it easily takes me over an hour.
Its like, is it even worth it? Or am I just wasting my breath.
Kinda venting but like, there's nothing I hate more than being aware of my flabby arms and big hips if only I could make them go away forever
