My sister had to travel @SouthwestAir for work and her company purchased cleaning supplies for her to take with her b/c you know...we’re living through a pandemic. She just arrived, opened her suitcase and ALL OF HER SUPPLIES ARE GONE. Lysol, disinfectant wipes. Everything.

My sister is immunocompromised, staying in a hotel, working in a hospital for a week, WITH NONE OF THE CLEANING SUPPLIES SHE PACKED IN HER SUITCASE to protect herself against a deadly virus b/c someone in your company wanted to steal @SouthwestAir. What is she supposed to do now?

I am so angry and concerned for my sister. I already didn’t want her traveling but she had no choice now that everything is “opening up”. So she did her best to prepare for this trip and protect herself and this what happens. I’m livid.
