This is the first account of sexual assault described by Bieber’s alleged victim Danielle. She states she was under the influence and that Bieber allegedly separated her from her phone and her friends in his hotel room in order to have sex with her.

One of Bieber’s staff members Allison Kaye says the story is highly unlikely, saying that Justin never stayed at the 4 Seasons (where the event allegedly occurred), but instead at an AirBnB and later at the Westin.

Allison’s statement was refuted by Selena Stans who found evidence of Justin staying at the Four Seasons on March 10, 2014.

Erin Lynch, who claimed she saw Bieber at the 4 Seasons, later clarified that she saw Bieber at the 4 Season’s restaurant.

This is the second account of alleged sexual assault by Bieber. Kadi states she met Bieber in NY and was invited to his hotel room with 5 other girls. She ended up in Bieber’s bedroom where he allegedly assaulted her.

On May 18, 2015, days after the alleged attack, Kadi tweets at Justin asking him to come to New York so she can meet him.

May 30th, 2015, still less than a month after the alleged attack, Kadi is once again saying that she can’t wait to meet Bieber.

Kadi states that the alleged sexual assault happened with Justin on May 5th, 2015. However, she tweet on June 6th, 2015 that she can’t wait to, in her words, “find you and fuck you”.

Two tweets where Kadi states that she could fake a story about sleeping with Justin and everyone would believe her. In another tweet, she says she would pay Bieber to “rape” her.

Justin Bieber responded with not only screenshots, but also articles, bank receipts, fan photos, hotel reservations and video showing that he was not present at 4 Seasons at the time of alleged assault
