Alright I’m going to share some thoughts
Growing up I was a rebel. Dropped out of school at the age of 11 and never went back so I had to go to centre
At 16 I decided to get a job but didn’t last long so I went to college to do BTEC and then went to uni and done 2 years which I passed but then went back to the wrong path and dropped out
Things got a bit complicated so I had to be good and decided to get a job. It was one foot in one foot out. Mum was on her last straw with me stressing her out these times
I decided to work at an estate agents 6 years ago. My daughter was on the way and I was piss poor due to loses and the ups and downs of things
I was proper shit at being an estate agent at first so money wasn’t coming in so I humbled myself and decided to call every top earner in the company to ask them for advice on how to be the best
The year my daughter was born I started to get loads of sales and in turn get a decent amount of money. With that money I bought a flat and kept working for another couple years while stacking
After stacking, I remortgaged my first property and kept it but then got another that I got from auction to do up then sell. Once i done that I kept doing it until I had enough to quit my job and do it full time
Years later after everything I turned it all around. The moral of the story is to believe you can do it
