If you were sleeping, there are parts of your identity that needed activating from your subconscious. Resting allowed your body to bring these

Forward into your consciousness. The new cycle it activated will reveal them in time as you wander through the next half of the year. I’m guessing these activations allow you to progress forward in alignment with who you’re working to become.

If you were awake, feeling pain, cramps or fatigue then I believe the eclipse is highlighting an experience you’ve buried within yourself that now needs to be released or let go of. Uncomfortability around the chest & stomach in particular may be alluding to trauma...
