K-on is not the blueprint for music anime. It’s more slice of life than it is about music so there’s no point to compare it to shows like LL and Bandori

SIFAS> Bandori> LLSIF for now. D4DJ and 22/7 for EN might change that ranking

High voices =/= weak singers. Kotori, Hanayo, Ruby are good singers but fans only want to listen to singers like Eli, Saint Snow, and Setsuna

Idk if OshiBudo counts but the idols should’ve been the main point of the series. I liked ChamJam’s music and characters but the main story overshadowed them a bit :/

NozoEli doesn’t feel “forced” as in it shouldn’t have happened but it feels like the writers and the fandom left little room for other Nozomi or Eli ships

I really wish people would stop making fun of the pronounciation of “Hello Happy World”. Saying “Herro Happi” just feels kind of racist imo

Bandori finale should’ve been between RAS, Roselia, and Afterglow. PoPiPa is good but not as good as the first 2 so it kinda felt like plot armor for why they made finals and won a trophy

K-On High School and Shuffle need to become anime already. We should also get a mini series or OVA about the OG light music club with Sawako

Girl music anime are better then music anime w/ boys because they’re lighthearted with a little bit of depth that doesn’t darken the mood of the show. Also, shows like G*ven are just f*joshi bait

I don’t think Ruby is a bad character. I personally don’t like her personality or speaking voice but I love her design and singing voice???

Suwawa from Aqours is a good singer but she’s constantly given songs outside her vocal range which is why she has a hard time singing live.

Chase> Melody. I think Setsuna should stick to a Saint Snow/ rock route for her solo songs. It’s a little hard to watch her in a genki type subunit after listening to Chase.

I’d like to see a canon Bandori/ LL crossover. I need Yohane and Ako to interact at least once in this lifetime

Bandori has too many characters that a lot of them tend to fall flat (Maya, Rokka, Hagumi, Saya, etc)
