can i just say that "surrender to recover" makes his already weaktoast statement look even worse

i'm sure someone smarter than me has mentioned this, but "shielding" doesn't just mean "i knew about it and did nothing"

you're being used because people will look at you not being actively shitty and see you interacting with shitty people and think they are also not shitty

can i just say that, as someone who is big into meticulously planning certain things like my fallout runs or zombie apocalypse scenarios, all of these abusers have spent a tremendous amount of time and energy planning what they do
